台北市一名30幾歲的OL，3年前在友人聚餐中，結識了兩名來台觀光的中國大陸籍男子，隨後女子隨兩男到其下榻的飯店續攤，女子自恃「那個來」，認為自己應該不會被怎麼樣，放心地喝到爛醉，不料隔天醒來後卻發現自己全身赤裸，疑遭性侵，兩男則不知所蹤，女子趕緊報警處理。警方日前逮捕其中一名林姓男子，台北地檢署30日將他起訴，並對另名涉案男子發布通緝。
綜合媒體報導，2014年底，30多歲的被害女子應同事陸籍配偶之邀，與兩名來台觀光的中國大陸籍男子聚餐，3人席間相談甚歡，兩男並邀女子到他們下榻的飯店續攤，女子疑自恃正值生理期，認為對方應該不會對她怎麼樣，便隨兩男到飯店喝酒，最後不勝酒力醉倒。
翌日女子醒來，發現自己全身赤裸，疑似遭到性侵，而兩男卻不知所蹤，不顧自己還沒穿衣服就衝出房外，飯店工作人員發現後也嚇了一跳。事後女子報警處理，警方根據入住名單掌握兩人身分，但兩男早已逃逸不知去向，北檢發布通緝。
日前警方逮獲其中一名涉案的林姓男子並送辦，林男庭訊時否認犯案，並稱在台灣期間都住在親友家，不知道自己遭到通緝。但被害女子的下體驗出林男的DNA，檢方根據DNA比對結果認定林男性侵女子，30日依強制性交罪將他起訴，另名涉案男子則仍通緝中。
